How it works
Every automation flow has two parts:- A trigger — the event that starts the flow (e.g., a call ends, an inbound call arrives).
- Actions — the steps that run in sequence after the trigger fires (e.g., update a CRM, send a notification).
Choose a trigger
Select Call Ended to automate post-call tasks, or Inbound Call Variable Injection to enrich AI context before a conversation begins.
Configure variables
Map conversation data, caller details, transcripts, and custom attributes to the fields your actions need.
Add actions
Connect to HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, email, or any webhook to act on call outcomes automatically.
Triggers
Call Ended
Activates immediately when an AI call completes. Gives you access to the full transcript, AI responses, call duration, caller information, call status, and any variables set during the conversation. Use this for post-call CRM updates, follow-up scheduling, and notifications.
Inbound Call Variable Injection
Fires before your AI assistant picks up an inbound call. Lets you fetch real-time customer data and return it as variables that get injected into the AI’s prompt — enabling fully personalized conversations from the first word.
Actions
HubSpot
Update contact records, create new contacts from inbound calls, sync transcripts, and automate lead qualification.
Campaign management
Add qualified leads to AI calling campaigns, schedule follow-up calls, and manage call priorities based on outcomes.
External systems
Send post-call summary emails, update Google Sheets, trigger webhooks, and connect to any other business tool.
