Key settings
Call retries
| Setting | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Max retries | How many times to attempt each lead if they don’t answer | 2 attempts |
| Retry interval | How long to wait between attempts | 60 minutes |
| Time window | The hours during which calls are allowed | 9 AM – 6 PM |
Monitoring and control
Once the campaign is live, calls run automatically within your allowed windows. You can:- Pause the campaign at any time to revise your script or lead list
- Stop the campaign entirely if needed
- View campaign reports showing call results, answer rates, and duration analytics
Best practices
- Respect time zones. Limit calls to business hours in your leads’ local time.
- Start with 2–3 retries. Monitor answer rates before increasing attempts.
- Clean your lead data. Remove invalid numbers and duplicates before importing.
- Watch your usage. Large campaigns can generate a high volume of parallel calls quickly.
AI assistants can handle multiple concurrent calls, so large campaigns with thousands of leads can run at scale. Keep an eye on your minute usage to avoid unexpected costs.
