Getting a number
Check the platform
If the number you want is listed in the Intellixent dashboard, you can rent it instantly. Browse available numbers under Phone Numbers and select one to purchase.
Request custom provisioning (if not listed)
If you don’t see the number or region you need, contact Intellixent support via the in-app chat widget. The team will:
- Source the number through carrier partners
- Let you know which documents are required based on your country
- Provide the final monthly cost once the number is ready
Assign the number to an assistant
After purchase, assign your new number to an AI assistant so it can handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns. See Assigning numbers to assistants.
Pricing
Monthly rental fees vary by country, number type, and local telecom regulations. Typical costs:| Region | Approximate monthly cost |
|---|---|
| US / Canada | ~$3.99 |
| UK | ~£3.00 |
| EU countries | €3–€5 (higher for toll-free) |
| Other regions | $3+ depending on local taxes |
These are indicative prices. Your final cost will be confirmed before you complete a purchase, particularly for custom-provisioned numbers where pricing may differ.
