Intellixent lets your AI assistant place calls on your behalf at scale. Instead of a human agent working through a contact list manually, your assistant dials leads automatically, handles the conversation, and records the outcome — all without your intervention.

What outbound calls are used for

Sales & marketing

Reach out to prospective customers, introduce offers, and qualify leads before passing them to your sales team.

Reminders & collections

Remind customers of upcoming appointments, overdue payments, or subscription renewals.

Customer follow-ups

Run post-purchase check-ins, satisfaction surveys, or re-engagement sequences.

The four building blocks

Every outbound operation in Intellixent is made up of these components:
A list of phone numbers you want to call, typically with additional data like names, account IDs, or custom fields. You can import leads from a CSV, connect a CRM, or add them manually.
The campaign controls who gets called, how many times, and during which time windows. It ties your leads list to an AI assistant and defines retry logic.
The assistant handles the actual conversation, guided by the system prompt and call script you write. It adapts to caller responses in real time.
The number that appears on the recipient’s phone. This can be a number you’ve rented through Intellixent, a verified existing line, or a number passed through a SIP integration.

Getting started

  1. Create an AI assistant configured for outbound calls, with a system prompt tailored to your use case (sales, reminders, collections, etc.).
  2. Assign a caller ID — either a number rented through Intellixent or a verified existing number.
  3. Create a campaign, add your leads, and configure scheduling and retry settings.
  4. Launch the campaign and monitor call results in your dashboard.
Each campaign is linked to a single AI assistant. If your script needs to change significantly between campaigns, create a separate assistant for each use case.
